Bessa Connector Windows - White Page

    Sometimes the Windows Connector fails to start und just shows a white page. This most likely means the connector has a corrupt cache for some reason. In order to fix that:

    • Open the command line

    • Type %TMP%

    • Navigate to the folder the command line suggested

    • Find the Treuepas Connector Cache

    • Nuke the folder

    • Restart the connector
